Following call from Matt this morning confirming everything on for collection of my DS tomorrow night I've just rang Mitsubishi Dealer to find out why I've heard nothing about phev collection this week to find the salesman I dealt with has left and nobody seems to know anything

Someone trying to tell you something do you think Muddy?

Did they say why he has left the building? Any explanation? Are they bending over backwards to sort you out? Or did he get sacked for giving you a discount?

Hope you get sorted very soon, otherwise you will be driving around in your sons Mini longer than you anticipated.

Well, they may bend over backwards if they acknowledge there is an order! At this stage they are denying all knowledge of his car by the sounds of it

I would be positive and hope someone at the dealer will bring the situation under control very soon. Otherwise just show them some of the threads highlighting your misery from this forum. Once they realise what you are capable of doing to their brand, they might even build you a new one in a day or two  Current: Volvo XC90 T8 Inscription Pro PHEV with some optionals on top

Yep - deposit paid when I ordered

So I've rang the MD and he's now spoke to sales manager who confirms my PHEV arrived Friday and is awaiting PDI - they are ringing back with date for collection - hopefully before mine goes
