DRL Issue - One side not working - Other side staying on

Hi all, hope you are well and can offer some advice.

I have an issue with my Day running lights - One side is not working at all - the other side is staying on constantly, even when the engine is off and key is out the ignition, and remained on all last night.
Both were working fine yesterday morning.

Any ideas what could cause this/how to resolve?

Thanks in advance Smile

Seems to have resolved itself. Not sure what could have caused it.

On Wednesday both lights were staying on, the O/s flickering.

As you were....

Stupid thought but some cars put one side of side-lights on when parked up and the driver has left the indicator on for that side? Its meant to be a parking safety feature for nights. Maybe?

That was my first thought but couldn't find anything in relation to that, indicator stalk was in neutral.

Then the 2nd day with the other light constantly flickering trying to come on... for around 8 hours on the wednesday they were both set on. Now back to normal and switching on and off when they should!

I was just about to disconnect the battery over night. What does disconnecting the battery reset? Anything worth noting in case the problem arises again? As i would consider doing this.
