Loss of power on pull away

Hi I seem to have a problem where I have no power on pull away then it builds up when I get to between 1500-2000 revs until I slow down again. I have blanked to EGRs off but it hasn't made any difference. I've also have the fault codes read and it showed no problems.

I'm hopping someone can help.
