Upgrading to new RRS. Top 3 things I should go for?

Swapping out my 2010 year for a new (ish) 2014 model. What should I defiantly have other than a panoramic roof

Many thanks 2006 RRS Supercharged 4.2 HST muthuaflecka!

Well I hope you get a good trade in price. Harwoods Basingstoke offered me £22k trade in for a 2011 HSE with 38,000 miles and in their words excellent condition. That did not encourage me doing a deal and will stay with what I have. Current Merc GLE 3.5d 2016 model, 2011 RRS HSE standard
Previous 2012 FL2 liked but boot too small
Previous to LR's 3 x Merc E320 estates - fantastic load carriers and long distance cruisers, ultra reliable. Only changed as needed a 4x4 high tow vehicle. Did have a 1955 early LR drop down windscreen and fuel tank under the drivers seat; again very reliable and super rugged.

The blind spot monitor is excellent and picks up fast moving motorcyclists flying through traffic and flashes faster and brighter in a small window in the corner of the mirror.....it's excellent and your eyes are naturally led towards seeing the fast approaching hazard.... It also lights up with a constant light which is not distracting but tells you a vehicle is in your blind spot....
Very very clever....

The dynamic suspension is fitted to the Dynamic models and is an active and adaptive suspension...when set up in dynamic mode the already good Sport comes alive.... The gearbox settings change, the fuel mapping changes and the steering and suspension firms up.... And becomes a totally different driver focuses car! Excellent!

And the heated steering wheel.... I never thought I would ever want a car with a stupid heated steering wheel but then I had one and they are superb, especially in deep winter... I now wouldn't buy a car without one! Very Happy

Dynamic also remaps the shift changes so that it holds onto gears for longer and IIRC it makes faster changes.
I'll throw in the thing apart from a heated steering wheel that I miss from my last car and that is the Road Sign Recognition system. It's as good as a speed cam warning system as it always shows the speed limit for the road that you are on and it even works with variable speed limits on overhead gantries and can display up to 3 different warning signs at once 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW
