Ok went to kwik fit to day to get 2x front tyres done and a hunter wheel alignment all pre payed.
As anticipated got some chimps who didn't have a scooby what to do .
When I mentioned tight tolerance mod the guy looked at me blank and asked wtf am I talking about, so at that point I decided not to let them do the wheel alignment and will be seeking a refund so advice is yes get tyres changed but under no circumstances let them touch the suspension setting you been warned.

Unfortunately this is typical of many of their outlets.
I'm not sure if they ever train any of their idiot fitters etc, but if they do, they keep them hidden from the public.
Their service is deplorable, and don't mention MOTs.
I've also found you can always purchase tyres cheaper at many other outlets/online.
For the RRS you need specialist care for your motor, I wouldn't even trust them to balance my wheels on or off the car!  John

yeah I've spoke to bm sport before about wheel alignment as i live just round the corner from them, they knew about tight tolerance and everything

I haven't yet to be honest but that will be where I go when I do need it like I say I'm 5 mins from there so very local , be interested to know how you get on to be fair also if you don't mind
