Hi,
I think my module is knackered , I have reset it twice, and every time it works ok once or twice then james again,

the brakes shoes are fine, My part No is LR01223, about £450, but i have found one part No 072318 on ebay for £250, it looks the same in every way, Does anyone think it will fit ?

Hi Phil, I never use the EPB as I just leave in park. This is a bit of a note to those who are far more knowledgeable than me....should we still use the EPB even though left in park? I hear stories about it jamming so thought best left alone Confused

I actually use my EPB all the time. I had the same on my A5 and it didnt cause me any issues in over 5 years. Assuming the same with the RRS, but could be wrong?

Interesting to hear what others do. Park or Park and EPB

I used mine most of the time, especially if any kind of a slope was involved, to take pressure off the gearbox and to keep the parking brake functioning. It releases automatically so was very easy to use. Now sold 2010 TDV8 Santorini black, lots of extras and best car I ever owned, and there's been a few. I will be back.

I came back with an L405 FFRR

The EPB needs to be used to keep it working. Use it or lose it. Thumbs Up 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
