Went onto Land Rover online service history and input my vin
Now my car is just over 3 years old, bought new, with a 5 year service plan and serviced as necessary. In my case that’s been annually.
I was surprised to see that only the pre delivery inspection at 1 mile is recorded. There are alerts pointing to missing 12 month service and another 836 days overdue!
I’ll obviously be in contact with Chester Land Rover, but what do others see recorded here, a full history?

This seems to be typical, I've had to chase up the selling dealer when I purchased my wife's Evoque, and a different dealer at the first service in our ownership which is also the same dealer my previous XF went to and not once did they update the online history until I chased them. In addition they also never bother writing the history in the book for my current RRS (pre-online history) until prompted.

I can only think it's either incompetence, or possibly as they keep a record on their own systems then they assume that'll do us, until we go to a competing dealer. 13MY Range Rover Sport Autobiography SDV6 - mine

You should definitely see the full service history online but it does depend on the dealer remembering to input the details. The first two services were added straightaway on mine but I had to chase to get details of the third one recorded. Current: 2020 P400e HSE Dynamic
