275 / 40 /R20 106Y Conti's Sport contact = cheap tyres

Been watching these for a while on ebay ..........

The location was Coventry - so thought = OK for me. In the end I thought I'd phone him to enquire on stock etc ............ turns out he was only minutes from me........ so drove over and just bought 2 of the above = they Look like new ,almost ........ with approx 6.5 - 7mm of tread. FANTASTIC

and the best thing.................

£60 for the pair !

MDP has he any left I would be interested in 4 as all the coners are wearing off mine. Have no idea how . One problem is there any chance of you picking them them up for me, and holding onto them until I can get up to you.

Give him a ring on his mobile [ its listed on the ebay link ] - he had 8 when I went over , but obviously I took 2. Also there were people bidding on ebay on them........

They all seemed ok - with tread ranging from 5 - 7 mm , but even he said these all appear to wear on the edges

...... but that doesn't matter as its the tread accross the footprint that counts & this is where the legal markers can be found.

I wont be able to get 4 in the car............ they are big.

Give him a call anyway ......

Ps Earliest I will be able to go over - if you need me to pick up any is Monday [ i'm off to London wk/end ]

Failing that get Jay to pop across in his VAN - and grab all remaining 6 tyres.

But if i'm to take them down to Steve and the rest of the family want to come - we wont all get in. No problem in getting them & bringing them back home......
