Front power socket/cigarette lighter socket not working

Hi all, the front power socket/cigarette lighter socket isn't working, to be honest it hasn't been for some time and just thought I had better get it fixed. I have checked the fuse and it is fine, any other ideas as to what it might be ? many thanks. 2017 Range Rover Sport HSE

Is it possible the centre consuls has been removed at some time and the socket connector not re-connected when consul refitted.
Just a thought.

Cheers

Did you find this problem, mine is doing this.

It was working (well the light was on in the ashtray) then I plugged in a phone charger and it stopped, the light went out and it won't power the charger Crying or Very sad 2016 Black SDV8 Autobiography

Same here, but I think it's corrosion. Light is on. Coincidentally the cubby fridge isn't working either. Checked all fuses, nothing wrong. Need to investigate further.
Anyone knows if it's difficult to replace the lighter?

When I originally checked I went off the fuse layout in the handbook which was F15 - School Boy Error! When I followed the diagram on the back of the glove box (as pointed out by CDS - Clive) the fuse F55 had blown. Replaced it (with a fuse kindly donated by Clive) and all is now good.
