Help needed on finding relays (rear wiper)

About two weeks ago my rear wiper stopped working, the last time I saw it sweep was when i put the car in reverse pulling off the drive. So far....

I've replaced the motor, as it seemed the obvious and easy fix. But alas nope it's not that ( I have a spare now at least Smile )

Tested the switch and I'm getting good continuity from the stalk.

Test fuse 48 and it's good!

So I'm down to relays, but all I can find is the front wiper relays, and I've heard that the rear has two? One for the delay whilst it's on continuous (a blue one?) and a normal black one.

Ps, I believe I'm getting power to the motor... As my multimeter picks up 11v on two of the wires third nothing.

This is driving me nuts, really should be able to fix this on the drive rather than go to the stealers! But I'm running out of ideas the relays are a straw I'm grabbing at and of course hoping the enormous wealth of knowledge on here could come up with a solution

I'm no electrician, but, 11 volts is a bit low.....

Had a situation like this many moons ago with rear lights on a classic, yes it had volts, but the lights didn't work.... cleaned up the earth connection and Bingo !! 5.0 Ltr Superchrged RRS2, Chile Red, Sideways out of junctions!
TDV8 HST Stornaway on a 08.. remapped.. now gone and replaced, was a mighty fine car..

Thanks for the reply I will triple check the earth on it, but I'm still looking for those relays Smile

Fixed

Right then if anyone else ever has this issue.

For the record the rear wiper relay is located next to the tow bar fuse pack on the left hand side behind the sound proofing etc.

Mine was dislodged and dangling in a moisture infested well of the wheel arch. Cleaned it up and hey presto all working again. This time I attached it more permenately to its original fixing.

Pictures attached in the gallery.
