VA I must come back in on this, they are okay they look better than I thought with the real life pictures from MDP. But still think the car looks better without it. Sorry

England 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Rimini Red

WITH - agree with VA - check shirt wearers always agree.

Forgetting looks which is all very subjective - coor holiday has clearly made me more tolerant of the misguided. I had mine fitted pre delivery and judging by the number of small nicks in them and not the sill or doors they do actually defend against the inevitable banger that squeezes into the half space that is left next to you.

In addition, they are remarkably filth resistant – check my gallery – and so help when trying to find your sport when it is parked in deep mud/ puddle after deviating from the metalled road.

When you get them VA – which of course you will because I have them and possibly the only other serious off roading Sport drivers (G4 boys and girls) have them, get the dealer to;

1 glue them on the right way up *
2 glue them on well – better not go to Thames Ditton for gluing stuff then.

* Assuming mine are right, have seen a set the opposite way up and peeling – or was that just a khan modded RRS and I missed the point? 11 XFR

08 RRS TDV8 HSE with the good bits taken off the first RRS

05 RR Sport TDV6 HSE Rimini Red (Rimini Brown at events), Stormer wheels (original 19's for events), PTI, towpack. TV tuner (now driven by an employee)

1923 Ford Model T (serious ground clearance)

FFRR TDV8 Vogue my07 (wife won't let me use it in case I go to Salisbury with VA in it)

plus some other bits n' pieces
