How can I tell if previous owner fitted tow bar electrics?

I've pulled the rear tow bar cover off to fit the tow bar, and l and behold there are two sockets there. Does this mean last owner had the tow bar electrics fitted or do I still need to wire them up?

It means the electrics are fitted but just to make sure everything is ok then connect a trailor and check your lights, if you haven't got a trailor then get a trailor board from halfords or similar 2008 G4 RRSport TDV8 current
