I brought the service package from the Portsmouth branch, threw in free MOTs to seal the deal (as Harwoods were offering them at the time). Its in for the first service (for me) in Sep, hopefully I'll get the service you experienced.

DR rOb, its probably better to haggle. I think I paid around £1800 for 3 years. rip off, but as I was flush at the time wanted trouble free motoring without factoring in services.
