Drivers Memory Seat & Sat Nav Failure

Hi All,
Can anyone shed some light on a couple of faults that have come up since, (my RR Sport 2009 2.7V6 Auto) has
been Valeted.

The memory seat position has stopped working and the SatNav display says the disk is not a Map Disc ????

Everything was fine till the Valet. Could it be a coincidence or is this a common problem/
