2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 Autobiography Bonatti Grey

Suspension Fault

Hi All

i have problem in my 2 week old car
2015 RRS model started car and RED warning came up saying SUSPENSION FAULT...
called receovery and they said fine to drive and take it to dealer next day.
next day all was fine for about 20 mins then the FAULTY VEHICLE LEAN orange sign came up - drives fine though
car currently with JLR - awaiting news.
really frustrating how a brand new car has developed this.
any ideas anyone? is this minor electrical thing ? wiring issue? seeing that everything else sounds normal.

I had this albeit @ 4 months old. It was a sensor fault, which had to be replaced.
Land Rover assist were very good and gave me a Range Rover to use whilst the car was in. They hadn't got the new sport on there loan vehicle fleet at the time.

the AA chap thought it was most likely something telling the car that it was leaning over or having a problem when indeeed there wasnt... so hopefully thats all it will be.
did this take long to sort out? they gave me an evoque - red so a bit girly

just been told by grange barnet that theres a suspension pipe thats cracked and its leaking fluid so they have to order that in.

anyone had this experience?

The first thing the tech did was to check the hydraulic fluid. Did he do that ? ( reservoir in engine bay ). He did check underneath for any signs of leaking so maybe it is a problem. ( no prob on mine )
He also plugged his laptop into the car and then put the suspension into a test mode whereby it goes through a sequence of raising, lowering, etc. quite cool to watch as it 'dances'!
Mine was all ok and he thought it was a sensor which as it turns out, it was.
It was in for about two weeks though; waiting for part!
I would insist on a like for like or better car as a loaner though. If you've just spent 70k or so, I would not be wanting an Evoke as a loaner.
I had a brand new disco to start with, and after voicing my displeasure, ended up in a full fat RR.
