Can anyone confirm causeway grey is still avalible , just called by a new name . On the old configorator it did look like a browny / green so I can see why it's been updated .
The other thing is all the dealer fit options seem to have gone from the web site , mud flaps rear boot mat and sill protectors .
I'm wanting theses bits added but also think I could save money and possibly have a better job done by a detailing company rather than the dealer .

The infotainment is now being updated too - same system as the disco sport - nothing too exciting as I never liked that when I test drove the DS but nevertheless may excite many people:

Different interface and graphics but nothing too exciting....still way behind the resolution and sharpness of competitors.....pop in to any dealer and have a play with the Disco Sport.....

IMHO they have tried to make it like Apple Car play but fail to do so.

Called dealer today and was advised mine has gone into lock down for build in early May and delivery late May... How can a buyer check that this is genuine advice?

I think the dealer is getting a few enquiries about delaying orders and is trotting out the standard response of "you will have to cancel and go to back of the production slot with delivery after September"...

2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Zermatt Silver

The dealer should be able to show you the build date on his screen. Mine is to be built 17th April, delivered circa 24th April, and will collect it 1st May. My build date has not altered since I reconfirmed the specs in February, and was confirmed again last weekend.

NB: the infotainment is NOT being upgraded on the 16MY FFRR and Sport. This will appear later. The only change is a higher camera resolution.

InControl Touch Pro (as seen on new XF) will likely appear at 17MY, alongside a facelift of the L405.

LR haven't mentioned it anywhere in the press releases so I'm not sure if that is the case.

In any case, if it is the same system as the Disco sport, it looks like LR aren't fitting the high end version to the Sport.

Lol!

I am feeling that too.

I emailed today about mine ordered in January and they still have no news on build date. I may end up with an updated one anyway!

So not fair!

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Dave, either there is monkey business going on at your dealer through selling build slots or they have a very small allocation of build slots. There is no way at any other dealer that had you orderd in January should your car not be arriving until September, unless there is something that you aren't telling us about spec changes that have put you back down the queue....... 5 months should be maximum lead in time unless you have ordered an SVR 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
