Hi fellow RRS members, it's great to know there is a site like this to share your Range Rover Sport experience/findings and photos. I'm taking delivery of a brand new RRS 3.0lt HSE on Tue 3rd March 2015 as you can imagine i am very excited - I am 50yrs old this year and I'm treating myself to a new expensive car, never spent this amount of money on a car. I started with a Fiat Panda so as you can see I've come a long way.
it is my very first British brand car let's hope it's not going to be the last one!
I stayed away of the previus RRS shape - it was rigged with loads of difects, everyone I knew had one had an awful let down story to tell. i'm sure LR have got this one right, I have yet to come across someone say a bad thing about this SUV.
Quick Question now:
I was reading somewhere - Is it True that LR do not recommend installing 21 or 22 inch wheels on a new 2015 Model? Apparently it is not even possible have these options on LR configurator. I added the 7 seater option 2 days later, and my dealer did not mention any problem. Am I going to pickup a 20" Wheel RRS on Tuesday??

Welcome parinej... Big congratulations on your purchase.....

The new L494 is amazing and you will love it... There are a few little problems but have a read of the site and you'll get up to

speed.... nothing that bad....

There is a thread on this.... LR only recommend the wheels that are available on the configurator for your model...

or technically it could void your warranty if there is a related issue.....

22's are available for your HSE.... there are four styles of 514's if thats what you want

So 22's aare fine and are recommended by LR... don't know who told you they weren't...

Ride quality goes down a little the larger rim you opt for....

If I was town driving mostly I would do 21's ... I have 22's and love them ...

22"s aren't available on the 7 seat vehicles but you'll be absolutely fine with 21"s
