[Wanted] range rover 4.2 sc wanted

Hi guys new to this forum just wondering what price you would value this sc 2005 at as I am thinking of buying and have agreed a price of 16k? If I was to go forward with the sale

Full main dealer service history up until last service
full autobiography led led front and rear light conversation
Fitted with 7k vere London kit and genuine autobiography 2013 tailgate
112k -just serviced with new brakes and disks with new front suspention arms and brand new suspention pump compressor fitted. The car is in mint condition with no knocks or sounds and has like new black nappa leather interior with near New 22 inch alloys (spent 2k) have agreed a price with owner of 16k and left a deposit but this would be my first rrs and just wondered some of your opinions on price and value for money with milage etc
