Leaving RRS on axle stands for a few days.

Evening folks,

Checked loads of posts about jacking the car to change wheels etc. However, my dilemma is that I'm about to have my wheels refurbed and the wheels will be away for a few days. My intention is to leave the RRS on axle stands for those few days but I don't want to damage the suspension. I will have put the suspension into off road height to remove the wheels in the first place and lowered the car onto axle stands, so can I leave it there with the suspension dangling?

Alternatively I can re-position the stands under the lower wishbones to put the weight back onto the suspension. Any comments or suggestions greatly appreciated.

Cheers, Jem. 2006 Buckingham Blue TDV6 HSE

You will be fine. Had many a D3/D4/RRS dangling on the ramp for a week at a time, with no issues Thumbs Up
