SDV6

Would not mind a bit more soul from the exhaust when pressing on shall we say, but still love the std set up in the cruise. Very Happy

No, only the SVR has the switchable exhaust which allows you to have complete control over the system, even allowing you to close the valves for flare when starting up if you wish

Viper, Supercharged is certainly in another league for the shear drama of acceleration certainly. I'm not sure that I make any more progress on roads over the SDV6 though as my driving hasn't changed. I guess it just makes overtaking a little more confidence inspiring.

The noise really does make it though. It's not overwhelming when cruising, but you really do notice it when you plant your foot. Also brings a smile to my face every time you press the start button.

The think the SVR is only going to be better is VERY exciting.

I've not really noticed the drop in economy either. This is very helpful don to the fact that oil prices mean I'm spending roughly 1.05p/l on petrol compared to 1.20p/l I used to pay on diesel. Makes up for the 30mpg versus 20mpg - although I managed 25mpg on a very lazy 40 mile drive the other day! SOLD - 15 plate Estoril SVR

SOLD - 64 plate Aleutian Silver Supercharged

SOLD - 63 plate Corris SDV6 Autobiography
