I got back to the uk the other week started my tdv8 up and there was a squeaking noise when I revved it, found the rear stud on the o/s manifold had snapped, had to take the body off the car to do it, drilled the stud out and replaced them all with Vauxhall VXR studs and deep nuts which are much better quality than the LR ones. while the top was off I took the Cat DPF boxes out

TBH now iv done it once I wouldn't be put off taking it off again its not that hard

About 2 hrs the first time, second time was an hour. Strange to think when mine had its first topless episode at 6 months old, LR gave 18 hrs labour to change a turbo, now I believe its 6 hours 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱
