Road Tax



I havent got a RRS yet but im looking to buy one at the end of this year and really cant believe its £1000 road tax for the first year Big Cry .

It's not an "extra" grand... it's included in list price! 5.0 Ltr Superchrged RRS2, Chile Red, Sideways out of junctions!
TDV8 HST Stornaway on a 08.. remapped.. now gone and replaced, was a mighty fine car..
4.2 SC First Edition when they first came out, quick car!

Still takes the Censored if you ask me and road tax is to repair the roads and round wolverhampton you need a 4x4 cause the roads are a right state so money isnt helping us rant over Rolling with laughter .

I think you'll probably find only a fraction of revenue generated by VED actually gets spent on the roads.
It all goes into the general pot of government coffers to be spent on all sorts.

So don't hold out on your local roads being repaired Wink 2015 Golf R DSG

It has not been "Road Fund Licence" (RFL) for many years. It is "Vehicle Excise Duty" - VED.

Road tax stopped being used for roads in 1937. Thanks, in part, to Churchill. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
