Mom just got new RRS, rattle in hatch!!!!

So my mom just picked up a new RRS and brought it back home (no dealership within 300 miles). Today, I took it out because I'm supposed to go back and get a Supercharged RRS, but her rear hatch is rattling!!! One we test drove did this too, but her's did not until now. I am a little hesitant of getting one if these cars are known to do this. I HATE RATTLES!! Any help?

Matt

If the rattle appears to be coming from the upper tailgate, there is a TSB addressing the issue from LR North America (maybe the same elsewhere). Your dealer should have a copy of it, but it helps to mention it next time your mom drops off the car for service. 300 miles, bummer! Here is the main text of the TSB:
