Touch up paint method.

I have a small rust bubble above windscreen (see pic).

As a bit of a painting bafoon, what's the best method to deal with this.

I'm assuming that I need to put a rust treatment on it then a dab of primer then touch up. Does this sound right?

James

How are the early RRS for rust? Ive noticed a couple of bubbles under the window trim on the drivers side, and can only think they are rust bubbles that have not broken through? 2006 HSE for Sale - £7,499 (Manchester)
