If you don't mind me asking, how much did the dealer charge for colour coding? I want to get mine done when it arrives

no problem it was a pleasant suprise £570 plus vat so £684 all in which was less than i was expecting thought it was going to be at least £1000 will post pics when i collect on the 25th so you can see how it looks hope your car arrives soon good luck  2016 bmw x5 40d m-sport space grey

I've always been on the fence about black wheels ... but i've bought the same 21's as you have in black for winter

tyres..... So i'll know soon enough what I prefer....

My dealer said it would cost well over £1k to do mine! It was due for delivery in November so I put mine back for a MY 2015 model. Roll on January

I was expecting the price to be over £1k so was really pleased .

Mines going to cost me in the region of £1100 because I want the dealer to sort it out, so everything is sorted before handover, then I my view if there are any problems with trim fit etc it'll be covered by the warranty? Well I hope it is .
Been told it's due in on the 10th December so hopefully ill get before Crimbo

Nowaytk the dealer is sorting mine doing the colour coding changing the lettering to gloss black and the badges to black and silver ready for handover on the 25 th .

This post got me thinking as my Supercharged is due to be finished being built any day now so I emailed my dealer to ask how much it'd be to just swap the lettering from silver to black before delivery to me - I'd only likely cock it up! Disappointingly I got this response:

Unfortunately we as a dealer can only fit approved Land Rover accessories to a new car and the black letters you have requested are part of the design/black pack and are not offered as an accessory by Land Rover, sorry.

Seems some dealers have different policies then. Looks like it'll be ebay followed by several attempts at getting the letters straight! SOLD - 15 plate Estoril SVR
