First two cleans have been a joy..... most of the grime from my 400 mile drive home came off with

snow foam.... the flies took a little more persuading though...

I posted these pics on another thread but they need to be here..

3 months on I could not be more happy with my choice of Gtecniq CS....

In these pics , at this point I have done 550 miles over two days.....

100 on mountain roads.... I am so impressed with this stuff.....

I gave the car a quick spray spray with Gtecniq C2V3 the day before which really glossed up the paint and made

dirt adhesion much harder...

Last part of my journey... 1,200 miles in total...

Blizzards... snow , salt, grit , road grime .....and very little seems to stick to the CS...

Note the shine off my bonnet on the last leg of my trip...

The last 50 miles of slush finally took it's toll ... but nothing a quick Karcher would'nt deal with quite easily I suspect..

Ive had Gtecniq on my other car since 2007. It was re-done in 2011. Still looks great now after a wash/dry. It really does work well, water still beads up like a freshly waxed car.

I will be getting my RRS done as soon as I get chance to get it into Gtechniq

The pic below was taken after about 2 years ....car has not been waxed or anything, just washed and dryed with towels. I put some gtechniq stuff on the wheels/tyres/plastic trim about twice a year...thats it

it really is the best for a minimum maintenance routine

When you do get your RRS done or the V8... trust me the gtec products have upped a gear or 4....and taken after

market protection to another level ...

The crystal serum is sensational... such a resilient coating....you will be very impressed....

Having said that... I'll post soon as my car hasn't been cleaned in 6 weeks due to sub zero temps and has endured harsh snow ,

thanks. I had Gtechnic C1 on my Elise in 2006 when they first launched in the UK. I know Rob the MD of Gtechniq. It lasts so well I always wondered about repeat business for them. Im a convert. Its just been inconvenient to get down there. Back in 2006/7 I was living 30 mins away

overall it just takes the time/hassle out of having a nice looking car. After 4 years mine didnt need re-doing because it had worn off, it was still beading water. It was just 4 years of washing (sometimes not by myself) which had built up the dreaded swirl marks again

Anyway, im sure your car will be just as easy to wash next time and come up looking great really easily  cheers

Gone - A couple of RRS, A couple of Disco's. However thinking of another Sport.

LOL...that's very funny... not quite sure what that white FF at 12 secs is doing sitting at the side of the road ...

We had over 1m of snow the other day.... with traction off and winter tyres on ... the RRS is unstoppable ....

This was after I cleared the snow off the car........

In fairness to the FFRR in that clip, he is towing a car on a trailer so might have been wise to pull over. Having said that, even with winter tyres etc. you're still at the mercy of those who get stuck in snow and cause the traffic to stop. Doesn't matter how capable your vehicle is if you're stuck in a stationary queue...  2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

RRSTDV8... the biggest problem when it snows, without fail ... Is the morons who keep going until their cars get stuck in situ
