New Number Plates

Have to re-register the rangie in Queensland, so new number plates... (retaining my title on RRS 4X4 plates in New South Wales), narrowed it down to 27 RRS it is a TDv6, or RRS 99, both the same price... I could get RRS 4X4 here, but at 2.3K for 6 months a tad expensive.. Another Pommie Bar Steward down under

Australia 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Bonatti Grey

Hi , I am new to the forum as I have just purchased a RRS 4.2 V8 S/C in Victoria.
There are a number of different plate styles available from Vic Roads. They 'RANGE' from about $395 to $10000 Yes thats right.
I finally decided on a future Std. Issue Plate (only $395) in Black Tuxedo . Reg.No. is 1RR*8SC. Not many people realize you can do this especially in certain other colours from the std. blue on white.

I used to have BKHK on my RRS when I lived in Vic (I didn't need a plate with RANGE or RRS to tell anyone it was an RRS, it says it on the back of the car)

Now I have YC on my X6, I like just having 2 letters and it was the only combo left ending in C, which I wanted.

Bean, quite right, that's what it is meant to mean, it's my sense of humour. But it kind of works in reverse, most people think that it couldn't possibly mean that, which is even funnier Rolling with laughter
