Gearbox late change

I don't know if this is a fault, but my gearbox doesn't change up until around 2200RPM - is this ok? sometimes it sounds like it could do with changing up earlier

The gearbox is adaptive so learns your driving style. If you drive like Miss Daisy you might get it to change up earlier, but if its changing at 2200rpm it sounds like your already doing that…….. Whistle

I had mine serviced last week and it seems to have reset the software and now it changes up around 3000rpm. Quite like it really. FF 4.4 V8 Soooo looking forward to this bad boy

At 23 - 24 mpg and with the luxury and comfort of the vehicle I tend to drive more like Miss Daisy's gran these days but it has only just strated changing up later (a lot later) and doesn't always hold the change until higher revs, about 1 time in 10. Hence my concern.

I do drive mine like Miss Daisy and guess 2200Rpm is quite reasonable.
