PLEASE NOTE: We are now able to accept Credit Cards in payment for the remapping etc.

Took some time to achieve as the company lost all our details then the transaction machine went astray Smile

Plus 50 bhp and increase of 120nm of torque. Depending on how it's driven, then I would expect up to 3mpg improvement in fuel economy.

The lag on set off is also reduced somewhat and the engine runs slightly smoother.

We currently have a workshop open in Leeds with new 2 post lift etc.
Mapping can be done on the premises as well as any service work.
Stainless steel exhaust bender and stock is due today, so custom exhausts will be available.
The phone number is the same.

We are not doing any mapping for the SC. Only tuning I would suggest is the pulley upgrade kit available elsewhere.

One question for TDV8. If you chip it and at the end you have the torque of 760Nm isnīt that too much for the gearbox so that you could have problems afterwards with it?

You'll find that the gearbox is built with quite a large tolerance to increased torque from that decided by the car manufacturer (don't forget that LR don't manufacture their own gearboxes). That said, I'm not sure what the limits might be. One of our tuning sponsors maybe able to comment... Very Happy

Hello,

I found this on ZF transmissions website:

6-speed automatic transmissions for cars
The 6-speed automatic transmission for FWD, RWD and 4WD vehicles is truly state-of-the-art, and can accommodate power ratings of up to 750 Nm. Close ratio steps make the transmission more responsive to the torque characteristics of the engine. The electronic transmission control unit can be networked via a CAN bus to the engine control unit, and to dynamic, brake and stabilization systems employed for dynamic drive management tasks.

So I guess 760 Nm torque in a 'chipped' vehicle is really 'on the limit' ...not sure I'd be happy to go too far with a power upgrade Sad

Our address is 170 Dewsbury Road, Osset. which is 1 minute off J40 M1. 5 minutes from M1/M62 Junction. We are not quite open yet but will be probably by next week. Just stocking up on alloys etc and installing equipment.

The 4WD Dyno Dynamics Rolling Road arrives today and will be in operation by the weekend.

Mapping services, sill sales etc will begin as soon as we are open.
