Parcel / load cover

Hi
My rear parcel / load cover has gone limp Sad
It will not retract fully.
It looks a little saggy even when fully extended into place.
Is it time for a new one or can it be re tightened?

Haven't come across this before., usually means time for a new one or could try fleebay for a decent 2nd hand one
