Interesting stuff.. the APR and payments don't add up though, based on them figures given, and APR etc it would come out to roughly 700-720 per month.. hmm.. interesting to note they have the TDV8 balloons though, even when LR won't release any data...

cheers mate.. i found it, have done the same quote, it came out as you said, i've applied now, so lets see what they say when they contact me.. that is a superb quote to be fair. Will put it to some lenders, see whether they can better it.. the monthlies don't add up though..

have a feeling it may be another car-finance.net thing, they give you amazing quotes, but when it comes to applying, they differ somewhat..
will let you know if they come back, did you apply yourself?

Thank Gawd for that.. RS4 to buy is a LOT more expensive through these people, plus residual end value guaranteed is lower, we got to around £20k around 5 years guaranteed balloon. Would hope for the same for the TDV8, i.e. higher guaranteed residual.

PCP's are very rigid though, try and get out of one early, and your settlement figure will be a joke. Usually paying off a load of front loaded interest for a large portion of the agreement, which is calculated at the top of the agreement on the balance to finance figure. Would attempt to get the APR's lower, deposit lower, and balloons to a sensible level and reduce monthlies on the TDV8 in comparison to that quote..

Is good to see the data is finnally starting to appear though..

rang up lex.. first lady actually hung up on me!! i only asked for a quote.. blimey..

got through to a male the second time..
he told me basically, they can take part ex's through a 3rd party of ours, we only finance using PCP's no other products available and no movement on figures, he wasn't able to quote me on the TDV8 though! funnily enough..

So is a viable option but wouldn't reccomend trying to settle on a PCP early and i reckon we should beable to get one of the banks to beat/match this no probs..

Oh and also, he said, we can provide agreements for cars sourced from dealers brand new, but can't do anything for used cars, and if you get us to source the car until agreement is setup we can't guarantee delivery date for a vehicle such as the range rover sport due to lead times varying so much.
Has its advantages and disadvantages then..

Pretty standard chat from a PCP company.... - The maintenance package is worth a look - I've had it on my last two cars and saved me quite a bit.

Back when i used to get Bmw's through Bmw financial services, i used to print off quotes off the car-finance.net website and take it in, then watch the finance guy sweat as he went back and forth trying to beat the quote! not knowing that the quote would never even be honoured by hitachi capital who provided the finance through that website! but helped chip the APR down and get the monthlies in line..
