External door trim

My drivers door external trim keeps coming loose from its fixings but doesn't fall off.

Are the fixings easy to change as I keep pushing it back on but not sure how long this will last before it falls off and I can't refix Freelander SE - Gone

my rear lower panel does this, it's catching on side step when door is closed - no problem, no one ever gets in the back !!  RR Sport Supercharged Vesuvius Orange 4.2 V8 First edition

Prefer RR Vouge S/C but they don't do Orange !
