Best performance upgrade?

Hi,

In terms of just upgrading your ECU and perhaps exhaust also what are your experiences of best systems? Also price Vs. bhp/torque should be taken into consideration.

Vehicle is RSS with 390 bhp

Br,

Cablos

At this moment in time, there isn't an upgrade option available for the Supercharged. A number of companies are working on new products and I know that JE will have a product available shortly www.jeengineering.co.uk
MDP has their exhaust on his S/C and is delighted with it. Have a look at his gallery.
There are all manner of complex technical reasons why the S/C upgrade is not straight forward.

There is an Arden upgrade on the market.

I did already got arden exhaust system installed, and I'm currently waiting for some ECU upgrade to come (maybe 2 or 3 weeks left) and arden rear arpon. After installing ECU upgrade I'll take my car to dyno test and see what's happened. 2014 Mercedes-Benz S500

Got my car to the dyno...
After exhaust upgrade and ecu upgrade.... 418 hp/574 Nm torque. Not bad, but not much for this money (it's about 7k euro overall Sad )
But the car feels like it became much faster Embarassed 2014 Mercedes-Benz S500

Overfinch has had a Supercharged ECU/exhaust/pulley upgrade available for a while, they call it Level 1 and claim +52 bhp. Not sure about the cost, but I think Overfinch USA is quoting somewhere around US$ 6/7K.

Of course, you can always go for their Level 2 SuperSport... They basically pop a heavily modified, larger displacement (5-liter) S/C engine in your bay and with a new exhaust they claim around 500 bhp... For US$30K, and change. Shocked

Also try www.jeengineering.co.uk as they too have developed their own improvements for the supercharged & deisel sports.
