cooler box

can someone explain to me what the cooler box is and where its located?

2006 Range Rover Sport 4.4 V8 HSE Buckingham Blue

The cooler box is located beneath the arm rest - it's sort of a fridge for can's etc - it's a neat option IMO - As far as I know, it does not work when the car is switched off.....

I think it stays on for a short period of time, but I always turn it off. I don't trust it. Very Happy
