£97k is not the only expense. At / after the corner shown at 58 seconds, the guy would need £100 for a new pair of trousers. Shocked And after each lap the guy needs £1000 for a new set of tyres. Very Happy L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso

I've been waiting on the official announcement of this - does anyone have any info on when it might be?
I'm about to pull the trigger on a 5L Supercharged to replace my 63plate SDV6 in Oct/Nov but holding out on the RS being available. Anyone know the definitive on when it'll be out?

I was told should be ready for October deliveries but could go back as far as Feb 2015, will have loads of trick bits on the suspension side and the engine plant from the XKRs-GT min of 552 HP and 520LB/FT, could well be something very good indeed.

Thing is with the engine we all know it's good for 600 HP with ease but starts being a pain on EU5 and California emissions but i am sure with newer software and newer cat designs will not be long before even that is sorted. 2014 5.0SC AB

Rumours were October - but these are just rumours. It will be epic BUT I suspect it will not be available with all the options. This will be an interesting decision for me.

It really depends if it goes via the GTS type route , ultimate pace and lighter weight or the performance with toys or toys as options which i think is more likely IMO.

At about mid to upper 90K's puts it about 5K over a top spec current AB which tells me you are not going to get massive loaded options as standard and more power and trick suspension based on other pricing models as this would start effecting normal AB sales.

So a speed handling lightweight focus i would think, then you choose to add the options put it at 105K and take the weight hit on the performance numbers. 2014 5.0SC AB

Seems pointless to pay £90k+ for a stripped out 4x4

If your doing that strip out a Defender and play off road or buy a sports car if you don't want to get mud on your brogues

Yup i tend to agree , of course it does give you a double option but a compromise either way, the Porsche GTS and Turbo, M BMW, Q7 V12 ETC are very much the same and lose money almost as fast as a RRS LMAO, A track focused RRS does seem OTT but who knows until it hits the road could be the next step forward , could be a big elephant a Jumbo in-fact !. 2014 5.0SC AB

My suspicions it will be like the XJR, so absent of things like the top Meridian system, less off road stuff (wade sensors etc), limited trim, could even not have the pano roof (although the mules have). I also suspect it'll be a lot more than 90k. My AB order is close to £110k.

97K is the guide price, Pano roof does not change chassis stiffness so i think that will stay i think

AB at 110K ? i had almost the lot and got to 95K, bar the stupid 6k paint options, top Meridian system is not standard on the the AB it's an option ? 2014 5.0SC AB

Gone 5.0 SC
