Hi All, does anybody know what's happened to duckworth parts?
Iv been phoning them emailing for the last two weeks and can't get hold of anybody.

Many thanks for the info mate, iv phoned nearly everyday since last week and no ones answered answer phone is full so couldn't leave a message, Dan's proberly taken all the staff with him!!

I rang ken at duckworths because I could not get through on dans number ,don't no what's Wong with dans number but after speaking to ken I got a free cam belt kit for all my trouble lol: happy days dan is back Monday 28/10 P.S THANKS KEN TOP BLOKE

Its a shame when a company falls apart just because the main man is on holiday. While the cats away, the mice will play. I'm sure normal service will be resumed when Dan gets back in.

Join the club. I mentioned it on another topic. Pretty funny way to run a business if you ask me.

Having the staff pick up your emails, or forwarding them in your absence doesn't seem like rocket science does it?

We get enough stick for still closing on a Wednesday. In the e-age, people want instant service. Snooze and you lose and all that.......

I still deal with emails on holiday. I don't know any businessman that doesn't.

Guys, guys - cut them a bit of slack

I bet there will be a simple explanation; like Dan forgot to put his phone on transfer or some other reason. He's allowed to go on holiday and be human ; if he wasn't we wouldn't get treated as well

A quick look at their website supplies plenty of contact info. I had no problem.
