Absolutely Dhupsy, its your car and I hope you love it everyday, that's the fun of having it. We all drive what we like and like you, I don't care what other people think. Thumbs Up

Exactly! I have just fitted a set of RRS Brembo brakes to my Disco 3. Painted the calipers bright yellow, because it's my car, and I wanted them to stand out.

Not to everyone's taste, as can be read in the thread, but I like them, and I am happy with them, Censored what everyone else says Laughing Thumbs Up

Yep, it is a bit of a "unique" Halfords RRS. But if you like it, that's fine. I guess I prefer understated looks on an RRS. Modding seems a much bigger pass time in ye olde England, perhaps its the weather? Most RRS here are not modded.

Yep, in the eye of the beholder, I don't like the exhaust tips (on a 2.7 TDV6 ....really) or colour coded vents, door handles, lower door trims, grille, rear lights, headlights etc. I think it makes the car look like a "Halfords" pecial but that's just my private opinion. Some people think it modernises an older car, I think it makes it look like a modernised older car.

I am in that camp really. I have the same car as this one was in the first pics. After looking about, I probably wont change much. I like vanilla cars that are unmolested.

Less is more and all that.

I did want some chrome sidesteps, but after reading something about cutting sills, I don't think I'll bother.

You can buy sidesteps that come with the sills pre-cut Stuart, you just replace your old sills with the new pre-cut ones. There is a good Youtube video that takes you through the process.
