Phone software upgrade - problem with a V3i

I’ve just had my 15k service and phone software upgrade. No problem before the “upgrade” with my Motorola V3i, switch on the ignition and the system is automatically paired. Now I have to enter the 2121 password each time I switch off. No changes have been made to the phone and it is set to pair automatically.......obviously without success. Anybody else suffered this problem or got a solution?

According to the approved phones list, this happens with a couple of Nokias but there is no such note against the V3 phones. The V3 is a supported phone, so you should take this issue back to LR and have them provide a solution. It'd be good to hear the outcome too! Very Happy

But the V3i isn't a supported phone, though mine works fine
I'd get them to downgrade the software again

My phone ignorance showing then Wink I assumed where it notes "V3x" that the x meant "any model"... apparently not. Sorry to mislead, RAD Smile
