There is no "correct" load rating for 22 inch tyres because the RRS was never homologated for 22 inch tyres.

If you look in your handbook you will see what tyre size / load rating combinations were homologated. One might reasonably argue that the 22 inch tyre should be no worse than the lowest rating of any of the homologated ratings.
