How can you tell a supercharger sport from a standard sport vehicle?

All of the above Rolling with laughter

Having never heard a 4.4 V8 I cannot comment on that.... but s/c v's diesel (TDV6 & TDV8 ) the s/c has a totally different exhaust note, much smoother, less boomy. RRS gone

When I entered the world of RRS my heart said Supercharged but my head said TDV6 (that was the year I was looking at).

24,000 miles later I am comfortable with the mileage and performance of my (ECU upgraded) TDV6 HSE but life is more than for just being comfortable..

Still think the fuel costs must be horrrrrrrendous though Sad 2005 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE in Artic Frost. 20" 2010 HST Alloys, sidesteps, Hawke tips, plus minor bits and bobs along with a remap. Four spike spiders ready for the Alps again now tucked up in their garage boxes...

Fin on roof

My car has s/c grill and vents, s/c wheels, dynamic pack, brembo front brakes, goes like sh-t off a chrome shovel and only does 20.5 average. Does this sound like a s/c ?

If its your car then how dont you know Question Shocked

The Supercharged has, funnily enough a supercharged badge on it

Open the engine and it tells you in big letters what engine it is (or mine did).

Most significant is at the other end...the filler will say petrol Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Mike

Sorry man.... It's been a long week. Nothing meant Very Happy

From my view S/C have different vents and of course say so on the back.

Not sure about the fin as my 2005 TDV6 HSE has a bigger, taller fin than later models but I maybe wrong,

If you Youtube for TopGear RRSport and FifthGear RRSport clips from when they launched you'll see the s/c variants.

The s/c at launch was also the only variant in whatever that really vivid bronzy orange colour is...

Enjoy your weekend
