I think the initial problem they have got is the same one they had initially on the day when we went up to be briefed on it.

Everyone assumed it was a forum and it took a little while to understand what it is.

Equally, based on the some of the questions being ask, some users are now having trouble grasping what it is supposed to be.

Its not a forum, therefore there is no multiway group dialogue. It is also not a deep technical support forum, if you want one of those then there are plenty on the Internet.

Its just a way of getting access to vehicle owners to ask them about their vehicle experience. I see some comments on there tonight about the validity of a recent Evoque owner being on there answering questions. Well, I am sure that Evoque owner has a valid experience to share, perhaps from fitting baby seats to what options they had fitted or regretted not ordering or ordered but were a waste of time. 2016 RRS 4.4 TDV8 Autobiography Dynamic in Montalcino Red and Stealth Kit

The problem I see is you ask a question, you get replies(some might be useful), but are they fully answering the question, if not you have no way of delving deeper for the answer Confused
