cracking dashboard

hi guys I have a 2008 hst and the dash has started to crack around near speedo binnacle so im thinking about replacing dashboard from one off ebay can anyone help to tell me what sort of job this is and any problems I might encounter iam a mechanic so have all the tools anyhelp would be much appreciated thx simon
