105k service - belts changed only if DR fitted?

Just looking at the Maintenance Schedule as mine is approaching 105k, and noticed that the 'Serpentine Drive Belts' only get replaced if 'Dynamic Response' is fitted, if not fitted, belts get changed at 150k miles. Mine doesn't have DR, so I shouldn't be expecting a huge service bill this time?

Is that true or will they be replaced regardless of having DR or not RRS HSE TDV6 Autobiography

2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black

The serpentine belt is the one that drives the fan, alternator, power steering, air con etc. It only takes about 20 minutes to fit it and the belt itself costs about £15 for the TDV6 so changing this shouldn't add much to the service bill. It's the cam belt that's the time consuming and expensive one.
