I sold my Eibach springs to a chap on here and 2 days running these idiots have promised to send firstly City Link and then TNT to come and collect, my poor old mum has been in and waiting and no one has turned up.

Will have to use good old Royal Mail tomorrow now.

I've used Parcel2go a lot, never had any problems at all with them.
Having said that I always select UPS.
They have always turned up on time and delivered next day on time without any hassle at all.
I think your gripe might be in selecting CityLink for your collection and delivery,
Crap firm imo, wouldn't use them, been let down in the past.

I use Parcel2Go on a weekly basis, usually twice a week for the last few years at least.

No issues at all, all my collections are between 10am-3pm from CityLink or TNT. LCFC. Receiver of threatening letters from Overfinch.

Ive sent over one hundred parcels through parcel2go over the past couple of years, but have always used DHL/Yodel as my option as the guy always collects in the evening in my area, and ended up passing him my phone number if he was going to be any earlier..

I've had one occaision when they messed up, and they sent another courier same day to collect and sorted out the issue beyond the call of duty Why?.. Because i can....

Used Parcel2go 6 times in the last month and so far i've not had any problems  Dave.
MY12, SDV6, HSE Orkney Grey, Cream leather with contrast stitching, Side steps, Tow bar and electrics, privacy glass.

Am glad you both had good results from these.... they have some very bad reviews on their facebook page

they are justa broker so the experience depends very much on which individual van driver you get from which courier company.
some companies are great and employ some idiots ...vice versa some companies are generally useless but are blessed with a couple of good employees (probably not for long tho)

The one I avoid is City Link, driver turned up 24hrs late then refused to carry the goods to the door. Instead he drove off and put on his sheet that no one was available to take delivery, even though I spoke to him on the day !

Service like that gets a very quick and permanent response from me, I never use them again. Other companies on my " treat you like " list and are never used again are: British Gas, British Telecom, Direct line insurance, yellow pages(yell),pizza hut, Tesco, PC world.

Agree, I have had nothing but aggro when I have used City Link. Complained numerous times but they just seem to pay lip service, in addition I see they were all over the papers before Xmas for failed deliveries?
