Does anyone else suffer from a creaking noise from the drivers seat?

I think its the joint where the seat back connects to the seat base..[/b]

Got squeeky sound on mine as well. Thinking of buying new base RRS supercharged MY2012

Yup - mine started doing it after the dealer tried to stop it rocking....I think I preferred it rocking than creaking  Wife's Car: BLACK RRS TDV8 HSE with all the bits

There is a modified seat base available. Mine creaked, was changed under warrentee and got rocking chair instead. After several attempts to rectify this, they fitted a beta version seat base that solved all the problems. That was few years ago so presume that LR then manufactured the beta base as regular replacement 2x TDV6. SE and HSE. Both returned to sender with issues👀
TDV8 Sport HSE...... Gone. Loved it but it didn't love me!!
Now rolling in MY10 Fullfat TDV8 Vogue. Slammed it to go round corners🙈
Cruising daily #56 mph in a Volvo V8. 😱
Lots of other toys in the cupboard...😜

the squeaking on mine had to do with the widest part of the seat base rubbing against the inter seat console...Im not a giant so have my seat forward..moving seat back and polishing leather and the console helps

Is that why the later models have a suede (imitation ?) material on the parts that touch the console I wonder  ON THE WAY: BMW F21 M140i

Hi Guys, had this problem myself..hell of a squeek coming from my drivers seat, strangely only when i turned left! was driving me nuts after a little investigation found that the torx bolts securing the seat frame to the floor had come a little loose..litle tweak and problem solved..

I might try riniging LR at Knutsord to sound them out, i only have a non dealer warrenty so i cant imagine it covering this kind of problem,,

I just might try some silicone spray down the side of the seat first, and look for any loose bolts

No non-warranty won't cover it.. Had the seat base and frame replaced earlier this year! Won't tell you how much!!
I thought it was the frame again.
Squeak was really loud too! Very happy it was the bolts that were causing it!! Good luck
