What the RRS needs

Had that last weekend (don't ask)

Thought this was a great toy on it and just what the RRS should have had!

Canada 2006 Range Rover Sport 4.4 V8 HSE Rimini Red

I couldn't agree more.
Even the less pricier SUV have that feature, plus folding electric back seats.
I wonder it RRS has that for future production Question

This would be a good mod on a lot of cars, first saw it on a Lexus RX400h and was very impressed, if a little slower than on the Voyager. Wonder if anyone does this as an aftermarket fit.

We sort of have an assist on the X5, you don't slam the lid down but instead just push it down and once the lid is about half an inch from the closed position it then closes it's self. Not really of any use, a fully auto one would be far more useful.

I think that's for safety, stop the hatch wacking you under the chin as it comes up. Not likely to happen but would be funny to see.

Having owned Chrysler and Jeep cars in recent years I bet those electric features spend a lot of time in the garage being repaired and/or adjusted. Probably without much success.
So I'm not convinced its absolutely necessary. What's wrong with a bit of exercise. Wink TDV6 - gone

This feature is also fitted to the Lincoln Navigator.........

My thoughts...... sooner save the additional cost & do we really need it? Would you really spec it as an option?

I think it's a good idea as it sounds like the bootlid is going to fall off everytime you slam it shut!
