2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Bonatti Grey

torque settings - wishbones

ue settings - lower arms / track rod endIm going to swap my lower arms and track rod ends today and also put together a how to guide.

Can anyone help me with the torque settings for the two big bolts on the arms, lower strut bolt and the track rod end please?
