servicing prices.. £350 and thats reasonable.. £150 is reasonable in my book! i don't pay for servicing or anything else where i have to give the dealer more money then i have to..

ok, of course £100 would be nice, however I have paid around £500 in the past for BMW std servicing.

Yeah on all my previous Bmw services, i've never let it get to Inspection 2, so never had an expensive service on any of them, although saying that i don't do much mileage so it has been easy..

Mine's going in next week, they quoted me £500, I laughed. They then told me this was the "Premium Service" which includes non essentials such as a corrsosion check, air con check/clean, mini valet. I said, scrub all that, what are we talking for JUST a service...£300. L319 D4 HSE

Sound like Stratstone servicing, so many choices, all expensive. My local stealer matches local non franch LR dealers. I call around to get the lowest quote then beat up Stratstone with it. will let U know if it works - next April!

Cost of my end of 1st year service - sorry but with my low annual mileage I don't go to the full interval as I don't believe it is good for the engine to go 2 years on the same oils etc - was something that many of you will gasp at!
So come to Central Scotland for your summerhols and book the RRS into the local LR garage for a day for it's service and go and spend the rest of the day exploring Stirling

£223.30p

of that Labour was £102.40
"Parts" Oil, screen wash brake cleaner etc was £83.15
"Envirionmental Protection £ 4.49
