hello im an a newbe to all this

i have been looking for some instructions on this but cant find any

do i need to dismantal all of the dash or is there an easier way to get the instrement cluster out

the reason i want to do this is to change it for a new one (well second hand)

my other question is will ne new one i put in work off the bat or will it need coding into the car?
