United Kingdom 2008 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Java Black

If you search this site and the Disco 3 sister site for 'actuator rod' it turns up lots of useful threads on this. Here's one to get you started:

Mine's a TDV8 so access is a little easier perhaps but still involves a lot of scrabbling about underneath. 2008 MY Java Black TDV8 HSE

Hi Pal how much did he charge? and can I please get his address as no one in London seems to want to spray the accuator roads as the are all seemed to be convinced it is the Turbos!

Cheers

Reading about ACTUATOR rods on here and how to free them off .... is there an easy way of accessing both from underneath the car , as one person described their Indy put the car on a ramp and sprayed them from underneath ? Also the thread link to the sister site D3 described taking battery box out etc to get to the rod but doesn't describe how to gain access to the drivers side actuator rod ( assuming there are rods for each turbo ) thanks

Agreed a price for a RRS and now being told it has the above fault and will cost in excess of 3k to fix. My first RRS. Saw this thread and asking for advice

I'd be grateful if someone knows if there was a recall on these for a modified "no sticking" version? I think that is what the last post befor mine in 2014 was asking?
